It sounds like Mexican Foreign Minister Luis Ernesto Derbez and U.S. Ambassador Tony Garza are trying to hide some thing. It sounds like they know what is going on at the border and know that it is Mexican soldiers. I wonder how much in bribe money these two guys received from drug lords and drug traffickers to help them. By not going through diplomatic channels, seams to me that they do not want any OFFICIAL investigation that would shed light on the fact that they know.
