DETROIT (Reuters) – The U.S. government has asked a pair of
federal judges to dismiss legal challenges to the Bush
administration’s controversial domestic eavesdropping program,
arguing any court action in the cases would jeopardize secrets
in the ongoing “war on terror.”
Taking American’s freedoms and rights away while fighting the War on Terror is not the way to do things. American’s rights and freedoms MUST come first above all. Not doing so shows a lack of consern for American’s rights and freedoms.

Atlanta Subway Rider Faces Jail for Allegedly Selling Token
ATLANTA — Sometimes no good deed goes unpunished, even during the holiday season. Just ask one Atlanta subway rider.
I could see if he charged more than what he paid for the token, but selling it at face value should not be a crime. The subway received their money. People doing good deads are punished while criminals go free.

May 23, 2006 — Defense attorneys in the Duke
University lacrosse team rape allegation case have received more than
1,200 pages of documents, two video tapes and a disc full of
photographs from Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong, but they are
still — anxiously — waiting on what they say could be a key piece of
evidence.
I would bet it turns up missing or the information is erased. The only reason the stripper is screaming rape is to get attention and fame. If it was the other way around, it would not have gotten this far and would be dropped. Black Football and Black Basketball players get away with doing it all the time. Very few end up in jail or prison. It makes more news when a black screams rape than a white screaming rape by a black or minority.

SIDNEY,
Neb. (AP) – A judge said a 5-foot-1 man convicted of sexually
assaulting a child was too small to survive in prison, and gave him 10
years of probation instead.
That judge should not even be on the bench. If you do the crime, you MUST do the time.

COVINGTON, Ga. May 24, 2006 (AP)— A man accused of
driving a car that struck two sisters and their three small children
outside a McDonald’s restaurant hit them intentionally, authorities
said Wednesday. One of the children died later Wednesday at a hospital,
a relative said.
If he supposedly did suffer from depression, then some one should have stepped in and did some thing. It is now his fault as much as his family for not stepping in. He should be given the death penalty for killing a child that young. Act like an animal and get treated like an animal.

Act like animals and get treated like animals. The only
way you see how blacks act is to search the internet news sites because you
will not see it much on national news. To say that they are not capable of doing
such an act is total ignorance. Humans are capable of such acts of violence.
Some are more capable than others.
