Animal-Rights Groups File Suit To Ban Trapping In Minnesota

ST. PAUL, MN—The U.S. Sportsman’s Alliance’s Sportsmen’s Legal Defense Fund (SLDF) has filed to intervene on behalf of sportsmen in a case it says could ban trapping in Minnesota and set a far-reaching precedent regarding hunting, fishing and trapping across the country.

Animal-rights groups have filed suit against the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources claiming that since Minnesota holds a population of Canada lynx—a species protected under the Endangered Species Act (ESA)—all trapping should be stopped in order to prevent the “incidental catch of lynx.”

Tree hugging animal rights groups are just as bad as terrorist. They lie or cheat in order to ban all hunting, fishing, and trapping. They put more effort in to animals, but do not care about hungry homeless people that are feed from the meat that is donated to food shelters. They want to ban farming because they say farm animals suffer, but do not care that children go hungry and they do not care that those children that do not get milk do not grow up properly.

Judge Calls Westchester Mall Killer ‘Face of Evil’

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (1010 WINS) – A homeless man who stabbed a woman to death in a mall parking lot and said he did it because she was white was sentenced Monday to 25 years to life in prison by a judge who called him “the face of evil.”

State Supreme Court Justice Lester Adler imposed the maximum sentence for murder as a hate crime on Phillip Grant, 44, who has already spent 24 years in prison for rape and attempted assault. The judge also specified that future parole boards hear his recommendation: “I do not believe you deserve one second less than the rest of your
life in jail.”

“You, Mr. Grant, represent the face of evil,” he said.

Crimes like this happen every day, but does not make the news as often as it should due to the fact that stories like this does not improve ratings. Animals like this should be locked up and the key thrown away.

Search Intensifies For Missing Woman After Suspect’s Arrest

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police are conducting a three-county search for a missing Wendell woman after a man was charged in connection with her alleged kidnapping. Police have confirmed that investigators have searched specific areas in Wake, Durham and Chatham counties for Cynthia Moreland, who was last seen Tuesday morning. Authorities said more locations wouldl be targeted in the near future, but they have not released details about the search locations or said if they have found any clues to her whereabouts.

Moreland was last seen Tuesday morning when she dropped her husband off at work. Her access card to a parking garage on Wilmington Street was used at 6:40 a.m. Tuesday, but she never reported to work at Progress Energy. Her car was found abandoned Wednesday morning in southeast Raleigh. Antonio Chance, 29, was identified as the man in a surveillance video police released late Wednesday. The video shows a man walking into a Dollar General store at 7955 Fayetteville Road shortly after 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Police said he tried to use Moreland’s debit card. Chance was arrested about two miles from where Moreland’s car was recovered. He has been charged with kidnapping and obtaining property by false pretenses and is being held on $1 million bond at the Wake County Jail. He has a criminal history and was convicted of a sexual offense in 1994 when he was 16. He has also been arrested twice in connection with failing to register as a sex offender.

Here is another animal that has a history of violence and is allowed to run free to commit more crimes. So much for a justice system.

Iowa tried to cage suspect as a sex predator

Keith Owens Parker was arrested three times prior to telling police on Aug. 6 that he had raped and murdered a prostitute.

A Des Moines man who told police he raped and murdered a prostitute earlier this month was released from prison about three years earlier, records show, after Iowa authorities dropped efforts to confine him indefinitely as a dangerous sexual predator.

Keith Owens Parker, 48, remains jailed on a charge of first-degree murder in connection with the death of Georgina Kimble, 37.

“That outrages me,” said Sandra Moreland, Kimble’s mother. “I believe in rehabilitation. But there’s a difference between rehabilitating them and knowing you can’t rehabilitate them. … The laws in this state are messed up.”

They had three chances to lock up this animal, but did not do it. Instead they allowed him to kill. He should have stayed in prison where he belonged.

Kidnapping Suspect Escapes Ala. Prison

(AP) A man charged in the videotaped kidnapping of a lawyer who was grabbed at gunpoint outside her downtown loft has escaped from prison, possibly with help, authorities said Friday.

Authorities tried using tracking dogs to hunt for Dedrick Griham, but they lost his scent at a road outside the lockup. Officials said they did not know where he was headed.

Griham, who has a long criminal record and apparently was out on parole by mistake at the time of the abduction, is accused of rape, sodomy and robbery in the May 31 kidnapping, which was captured by a parking lot surveillance camera as the lawyer got out of her car.

Their proud Queens dad pushed them to become cops, and yesterday Carmine Randazzo’s three NYPD sons struggled with feelings of helplessness after his slaying – allegedly by a crazed stabber notorious for random attacks and tirades against whites.

They should have locked William Scott up in a mental health ward. The guy has a history of attacking people because they are white, but they keep letting the animal attacking.

Pedophile Politicians to pass new strip search law.

WASHINGTON – Even though student molestations seem to be reaching epidemic proportions in schools across America, the House of Representatives has approved a tough new anti-drug and anti-weapon law that would require local districts to develop search policies – including strip searches – with immunity against prosecution for teachers and staff.

Schools would have to develop policies for searching students, or face the loss of some federal funding, under the bill – HR 5295, approved by a voice vote Tuesday. It moves to the Senate, which does not have similar legislation pending at this time.

The American Civil Liberties Union, the American Federation of Teachers, the Drug Policy Alliance, Students for Sensible Drug Policy, the National Parent Teacher Association, the American Association of School Administrators and the National School Boards Association all opposed the bill saying it could invite unconstitutional searches. The National Education Association supports the legislation, according to the
sponsor.

The bill was the brainchild of Rep.Geoff Davis, R-Kentucky, who said the idea was to “put a process in place so that the teachers don’t have any fear of liability, but at the same time it protects the rights of the students from an unreasonable search.”

The bill says only that search methods cannot be “excessively intrusive.”

How can the rights of students be protected from unreasonable searches and not have the searches be excessively intrusive? So searches can not be “excessively intrusive”, but they can be intrusive up to the point of being just less of excessive. Along with that, teachers and staff will not be held accountable or have any fear of prosecution for molesting children. Who says what is and what is not “excessively intrusive”, politicians, teachers, or parents?

If you wanted drugs out of schools, then you need drug sniffing dogs to sniff every student every day. Also have drug dogs sniff lockers before and after school to make sure nothing gets in to the schools. That also includes teachers and staff. At least that way no teacher or staff, that holds pedophile tenancies, will be able to hide behind the law.

Teachers are supposed to teach and not abuse their positions. I do not want a bunch of sick perverted pedophile bastard to be putting my kids in harms way.
