Definitions of Racism

What the Seattle Public School system is saying is that racism happens only against non-whites and that there is no such thing as racism against whites. What they talk about on the web site is in its self racism against whites. To say that a non-white can not be called a racist when it is directed towards whites because they are white is bullshit.
Their definition of Racism is totally wrong. It is racist to say whites are the only group that can be charged with racism. Racism is anything subordinate directed towards members of any race that is not of their own race. Social power has nothing to do with who can or who can not have systematic subordination directed towards them. The way they have it worded, They are a racist because they hold relatively more social power than the white students in their district. Putting all the blame on all whites for any and all social injustices towards non-whites is racist thinking. What about the whites that are at or below the same poverty level of some blacks?
To group all whites in to the same category is racist and they are directing your racism towards them.
